Shipping policy
At Collagold, we do everything we can to ensure fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all orders.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States (all states and territories).
Additional destinations (Canada, Europe, and international) will be added soon.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

(Delays may vary depending on carriers and peak seasons.)
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
5. Possible Delays
Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur (carrier delays, weather conditions, logistical issues, peak periods, etc.).
If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is declared lost by the carrier, we will issue a full reshipment or refund of your order.
7. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Collagold cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
